What this coupon covers
Most falls at home happen in the bathroom, on the stairs, or in a hallway that's darker than anyone realizes. The fixes are small and the difference isn't.
We start with a walkthrough — the bathroom, the stairs, the hallway, and the doors used most often. Then we tell you what's actually worth fixing, instead of handing you a list of things to go buy.
From there we install the grab bars where they're needed and anchor them properly, brighten up the lighting, tighten the handrail, and take care of the small stuff: loose thresholds, curled mats, a towel bar pulling out of the wall.
If you're there for the work, we'll show you what we're doing and why as we go. If you're setting this up for a parent from out of town, we'll send photos when we're finished so you can see what changed.
